Pierce Heating and AC started in the San Fernando Valley in 1988, specializing in the service and repair of residential and commercial hvac/equipment. Now also service out to the high desert palmdale Lancaster.
In 1990, Pierce started installing Ac equipment on Tract housing, while still performing maintenance and repairs on hotels, apartment, small businesses and restaurants.
In 1999 pierce was strictly installing on custom homes over 2000 square foot, commercial buildings, and property; servicing commercial and industrial equipment- including restaurants, hospitals, and shopping centers. We service all types of kitchen equipment, ice machines ,walk ins , warmers, ovens, exhaust and make up fans.
In 2009 Pierce started making sheet metal duct work for sale to the public. We are bidding large sheet metal projects now. Pierce has been through 2 major recessions , 3 presidents, and all with the same owner and business lic. Number 562612
